• You must have a valid TikTok account to use TikTok publishing features.

• You agree to use DeeplinTK only for lawful purposes and in accordance with TikTok's Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and Content Sharing Guidelines.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Submit content you do not have the right to publish.
• Attempt to bypass TikTok permissions, audit limits, sandbox restrictions, or security controls.
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's operation.

4. Intellectual Property

The DeeplinTK service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of DeeplinTK. You retain ownership of content you publish through our service. By submitting content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use and publish that content.

5. TikTok API Compliance

Our service operates through TikTok's official API. Your use of DeeplinTK is also subject to TikTok's Developer Terms of Service. DeeplinTK is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

6. Publishing Limitations

Publishing availability depends on TikTok permissions, app review status, user authorization, and TikTok API availability. Before TikTok audit approval, publishing may be limited by sandbox or permission restrictions that DeeplinTK cannot override.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeeplinTK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions, errors, or policy decisions in the TikTok API.
• Content published through our service by users.
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account from our platform.
